Howdy!

I am extremely thrilled to welcome you to 180 Degrees Consulting at Texas A&M University. Whether you are a prospective consultant, partner, or client, I would first like to say welcome and thank you for your interest in our branch.

My time with 180 Degrees Consulting has been short, but nonetheless impactful. I began my journey with this organization in the fall of 2020 as a consultant, where I learned how to analyze the current situation of an organization and provide recommendations that would propel their organizational purpose forward. In the spring of 2021, I served as a Team Lead, where I gained the skills necessary to manage a diverse team and lead multiple work streams to provide outstanding deliverables for our clients. As I enter this role as President, I plan to take all of the lessons I have learned to make a sustainable and impactful change to our clients, partners, and consultants.

The moment that I truly fell in love with 180 Degrees Consulting was when I presented my first deliverable to a client. Although this moment was met with anxiousness and fear, it was also overtaken by excitement. The work that is poured into a deliverable can at times be overwhelming, but when you reach the final slide of the deliverable and you look up at the client and see a smile on their face, you know that all of that work was worth it. The smile is a product of hope for our clients because they can now see the light at the end of the tunnel for a problem they may have felt there was no solution to.

Non-profit organizations are those with the most passion, but many times those with the least resources to propel said passion to the extent they’d wish to. No matter how you choose to be a part of the journey here at 180 Degrees Consulting, whether it is directly impacting the deliverables as a consultant, financially assisting our branch to maximize the resources we provide to develop our clients and members, or providing us with the opportunity to serve your nonprofit, I want to thank you in advance for being a part of the impact we strive to make at 180 Degrees Consulting at Texas A&M University.

Yonni Garcia, President
